Volatile Oil Retention and Content

This graph illustrates the volatile oil differences over a period of time between SupHerb Farms’ proprietary-processed fresh frozen herbs and dehydrated herbs. These results are from a French study on the volatile oil differences between fresh frozen parsley and traditional dehydrated parsley and applicable to other herbs. The study was conducted by Centre Nationale de la Recherche Scientifique Laboratoire de Physiologie des Organes.
