Thai Green Curry and Spinach Dip

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sour cream
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese — freshly grated
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese — diced
  • 3 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Thai Green Curry
  • 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Asian Mirepoix
  • 10 ounces Frozen spinach — thawed and juices squeezed out

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix all ingredients together well.
  3. Place in a greased casserole pan.
  4. Bake for 20 – 25 minutes.

Place in a dip bowl and serve with pita chips.
