Green Curry Coconut Chicken Over Sesame Noodles
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup SupHerb Farms Fusions® Asian Mirepoix
- 3 tablespoons SupHerb Farms Fusions® Thai Green Curry
- 1 can Thai Kitchen® Lite Coconut Milk
- 2 tablespoons Light brown sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Nahm pla fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1/2 pound Chicken dark and white meat — cooked and cubed
- 1/2 pound Sesame noodles — cooked

Preparation
- Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium high heat until hot.
- Add SupHerb Farms Fusions® Asian Mirepoix and Thai Green Curry. Stir often to develop the green curry notes for about 2 minutes. Do not allow to burn.
- Add coconut milk, brown sugar, soy sauce, and fish sauce. Stir well and reduce the sauce by half.
- Remove from heat.
- Add the chicken and lime juice.
- Serve over sesame noodles.
